Changing the World...One Black Belt at a Time. Southwick Black Belt Academy was founded in 1996 by Scott & Tia Southwick with the purpose of developing the body, mind & spirit of others. The Pocatello branch being purchased in 2020 by Jessica Carson, our students learn Confidence, Discipline & Respect through a variety of martial arts styles, including TaeKwonDo, TaiChi, Kung Fu & Gumdo. With branches in Idaho Falls & Blackfoot, we are able to share our knowledge of martial arts with students 3yr & up, focusing on physical ability improvement (for all ages), mental discipline, & spiritual wellness. Our goal is to help individuals of all ages and walks of life attain the goals they have set for themselves.
